New rule: No more starting seeds on my own. Home Depot does a lovely job of growing from the same Burpee catalogue, and the cost is roughly the same.
Zucchini that will likely be transplanted again, because it deserves better.
Napa grape tomatoes, delivered yesterday, caged upside down on Alicia's advice that SHE DID NOT FOLLOW HERSELF.
Strawberry plants in a repurposed bookshelf.
Cucumber plants. And unevenly watered soil.
The current layout. That green bin in the foreground is holding seeds for the green beans, and the white pot has extra cucumbers. I'm going to trellis them against the balcony to see which works better, the cage or the trellis.
The herb garden: oregano, chives, basil, and parsley.
My new aloe plant. Placed close to the kitchen because I am a klutz and a half.
Mom's Christmas cactus. It lives! Someday it will have a pretty pot!
Mom's spider plant, all spidery and enjoying its corner.
I’m pretty pleased about the indoor plants. I’m cautiously optimistic about the outdoor plants. Most of them.
