The anti-burrito

The current lunch/dinner default:
Pot 1:
Brown Basmati rice — prepare as directed.
Pot 2 — simmer on medium heat for about as long as you need to cook the rice in Pot 1:
Big can of diced tomatoes
Can of black beans
smallish handful of onion powder and paprika
added toward the end: 2 cups frozen sweet white corn, 2 cups frozen melange a trois peppers
To assemble, scoop from Pot 1 and then from Pot 2. Eat.
It’d probably be good with a little cheese, too, since it’s basically burrito guts.
Tasty, though.
Clearly, the food pr0n is not having an effect yet.
