1 iridescent multi-herb pot that dutifully grew untold quantities of oregano throughout 2009, stood empty this season, and held too little leftover dirt to weight down the table upon which it sat

1 regular tomato plant that wasn’t bearing well, anyway

6 pots of various herbs unlikely to come out of this latest drenching

Several thousands of my neighbors whose power is out until God knows when
