Squee! My dear Bean recalled an early lament of mine over the header that I created in a pinch for this blog and designed a proper one for me as a birthday gift. How thoughtful and perfect! She offered to tweak the design if it didn’t reflect my style, but I think it’s spot on — what do you think?

Bean — or Marla Tipton, as she’s called in the adult world — began her own graphic business a couple of years ago and I highly recommend her for all your web and print design needs. If you’ve ever met her, you know that style is kind of her Thing, and it translates beautifully into all the work she does. In fact, she’s so good, she’s never had to advertise (and she hasn’t asked me to advertise for her).
