Dinner for one

I made up a new version of Sloppy Joes tonight. If you’re afraid of vegetables, you might want to skip this one.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground ostrich meat, browned
- 1 can organic lentil and vegetable soup (Trader Joe’s)
- 1 can tomato paste
- Medium whole wheat pitas
- Shredded cheddar, to taste
Simmer the first three for 15 minutes. Stuff the results in the pitas. Drop in some cheddar…because everything’s better with cheese.
I’m not kidding — it’s very Sloppy Joey. Also very tasty.
