Let me get this straight:
If I take advantage of the kick-ass sale Amazon’s having on Sony VAIOs and purchase the Home/Student Version of Office, I can get Outlook as well for a combined price that’s about half of the full Office Suite, which contains a couple of bells and whistles in addition to the four programs I get in the deal?
And it comes with XP instead of Vista, which I won’t trust for at least another six months?
And I won’t have to lug my work laptop back and forth every freaking day?

Do not tell me that. I will spend a paycheck in there if left unsupervised…
Alas, ladies, I went ahead and bought said computer after checking the specs with my personal spec-checker.
So I may have to forgo the egg cups and cheese graters. 😉
