Some super-dedicated colleagues really heard me when I said that web writing is more effective when you call out important stuff with bullets and other formatting tools. So when they worked on their content, they changed a paragraph to a bulleted list with a new bullet for each sentence.

Bless their hearts! (And I really mean the blessing this time–I do not mean “they can go fuck themselves.” This time.) I love that they really listened and took me seriously. Almost as much as I love getting paid to do this.
